Resilient Movements

Grades 5 to 7 students from Metepenagiag are working with Youth Mental Health Specialist, John Fletcher.

Students are doing Resilient Movements training. Resilient Movements merges Integrative Youth Development with functional fitness into an action packed eight-hour course. The goal is to teach youth real-life, tangible resilience skills. Through group discussions, experiential activities and functional fitness ALL youth will leave this course with the skills needed to THRIVE and grow their web of support.
